Six Things That Define Our Live Floor

Quick reference points for what makes our live dealer section stand apart.

Multiple Camera Angles Several tables let you switch between a wide shot and a close-up of the dealing area. See the full table or zoom into the card reveal — your choice during the hand. Helpful when playing on a smaller phone screen.
Low-Minimum Tables Not every round needs a large stake. We carry tables starting at modest minimums across Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette so you can sit comfortably for longer sessions without pressure on your wallet balance.
Scheduled Tournaments Certain live tables run leaderboard events where cumulative wins during a set period earn additional rewards. Check the live section banner for active events — they rotate and are not always the same game.
Multi-Table Play Open more than one live table at a time on desktop. Tile them side by side and act on whichever round closes next. Mobile supports quick-switch between two tables via a floating tab at the screen edge.
Statistics Overlay Baccarat and Roulette tables display historical result roads and hot/cold number panels. The overlay appears without covering the video — it sits in a translucent sidebar you can collapse if you prefer a clean view.
VIP and High-Limit Rooms Once your account qualifies, dedicated high-limit Blackjack and Baccarat rooms become visible in the lobby. These run with fewer seats per table and a faster dealing pace, streamed from separate studio areas.

Support While You Are in a Live Round

Questions during a live session need quick answers. Here is how to reach us without leaving your table.

In-Game Chat Widget A small icon sits in the corner of every live table screen. Tap it, type your question, and a support agent responds within the same chat thread. You stay at the table the whole time — no need to navigate away or open a new tab.
Email for Dispute Resolution If a round result looks wrong or a bet did not register, email our support team with the round ID shown in your history. We review the provider log and reply with full details. Screenshots help speed things up.
Account Wallet Queries Balance not updating after a bKash or Nagad transfer? Open the wallet section, check pending transactions, and if nothing shows within a few minutes, contact support through chat. Share your transaction reference so we can trace the payment on the provider side.

How We Keep Live Rounds Transparent

Every live table runs through a licensed studio with its own compliance layer. Here are the specifics.

Provider Audit Logs Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi maintain independent round logs. Each completed hand generates a unique round ID you can reference if you ever need to query a result. These logs sit on the provider side, not ours, adding a separation of record.
Shuffling Machines on Camera Card tables use automatic shuffling machines visible on the stream. You watch the shuffle happen in real time — no off-camera deck swaps. The machine randomises continuously between shoes, and studio supervisors monitor each table.
Encrypted Video Feed Streams travel over encrypted channels from the studio to your device. This prevents third-party interception of card data before results display. The same encryption applies whether you connect on mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Bet Confirmation Receipts Every bet you place at a live table generates a timestamped confirmation stored in your account history. If a dispute arises, both you and our support team reference the same receipt with matching round and stake data.
Studio Regulatory Compliance Each studio partner holds its own regulatory approvals for the jurisdictions it streams into. We only integrate feeds from studios that meet those standards. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions for each player.
Real-Time Results Display Results show the instant the dealer reveals a card or the wheel stops. No server-side delay or post-processing of outcomes. What you see on screen is what the camera captures — one continuous unedited feed from open to payout.
LIVE ON MOBILE

Live Dealer Tables Built for Your Phone

Live streams load in your phone browser — no separate app download needed. The interface reflows to portrait or landscape depending on how you hold the device. Bet chips resize for thumb reach, and the chat panel tucks away until you tap it. If you placed a bet on desktop and switch mid-round to your phone, the session continues seamlessly because it is account-linked, not device-locked. Returning users get straight into the last table visited from the lobby shortcut. Connection recovery is built into the stream player; a brief network drop does not forfeit your seat. Your live dealer history and balance sync across every screen you log in on.

diamondpro What Our Live Dealer Floor Covers

What Our Live Dealer Floor Covers

We carry multiple studio feeds running around the clock. Evolution supplies Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time and their entire First Person range. Pragmatic Play Live brings Mega Wheel and Speed Baccarat with Bangla-friendly bet limits that start low enough for casual sessions. Ezugi adds Andar Bahar and Cricket War — games you already know the rules to. Each table shows its minimum and

maximum stake before you sit, so there is no guesswork. Streams run at adaptive bitrate; if your connection dips, the video adjusts rather than cutting out. You can switch between tables without leaving the live section — just swipe left or tap the lobby icon. RTP information appears only where the provider exposes it within the game interface. When a table hits

capacity, a waiting indicator shows estimated seat time.

Key Terms for Live Table Players

Quick definitions for words and phrases you will encounter at our live dealer tables.

Shoe

The transparent box holding multiple card decks used in Baccarat or Blackjack. The dealer draws cards from it one at a time. A new shoe is loaded once the current one runs out, usually on camera so you can watch.

Burn Card

The card discarded face-down from the shoe before dealing begins. It exists to prevent anyone from knowing the first card in the sequence. You will see the dealer slide it into a discard tray at the start of each shoe.

Natural (Baccarat)

When the first two cards dealt to either the Player or Banker hand total eight or nine. A natural ends the round immediately with no additional cards drawn. It is the strongest opening result in Baccarat.

Side Bet

An optional wager placed alongside your main bet. In live Blackjack, examples include Perfect Pairs or 21+3. Side bets have separate odds and payouts from the primary hand and are resolved independently.

Adaptive Bitrate

A streaming technology that automatically adjusts video quality based on your internet speed. If bandwidth drops, resolution lowers to keep the feed smooth. When speed recovers, quality rises again without you doing anything.

Round ID

A unique identifier assigned to every completed hand or spin at a live table. You can find it in your account history. Useful when contacting support about a specific result — it lets both sides reference the exact event.

Squeeze

A Baccarat feature where the dealer slowly peels back the card edges to build suspense before revealing the value. Some tables offer a squeeze variant; others show results immediately. It does not affect odds.

Third Card Rule

In Baccarat, a fixed set of conditions determines whether the Player or Banker hand receives a third card. The dealer follows this rule automatically — you do not need to decide. The conditions are printed on the table layout.

Insurance (Blackjack)

A side wager offered when the dealer's face-up card is an Ace. It pays if the dealer has Blackjack. The bet costs half your original stake and returns two-to-one. Most strategy guides advise caution with this option.

En Prison (Roulette)

A rule on some European Roulette tables where an even-money bet is held for one more spin when the ball lands on zero. If your bet wins on the next spin, you recover your stake. Not all tables apply this rule.

Live Dealer Questions Players Ask Us

Answers to the things people message our support team about most often regarding live tables.

Yes. Open your bKash app, send to the account number shown in your diamondpro wallet section, confirm with your PIN, and your balance updates. From there you can join any live table that fits your funded amount.

The round continues on the studio side. When you reconnect, the result and any payout will already be reflected in your account history. You do not lose your bet — the server records the outcome regardless of your stream status.

We currently carry feeds from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. Each has its own table range, visual style and bet limits. You can filter by provider inside the live lobby to find the studio you prefer.

They load directly in your phone browser — Chrome, Safari or any modern mobile browser works. No app download is required. The interface adapts to portrait and landscape, and chip sizing adjusts for thumb placement on smaller screens.

Cards are shuffled on camera by automatic machines, and every round generates a unique ID stored independently by the provider. You can cross-reference any result via your account history. Studios also operate under their own regulatory approvals.

Every table has a live chat panel. Type a message and the dealer reads it on their monitor and responds verbally on stream. The panel also shows messages from other seated players. You can collapse it if you want a cleaner view.

Yes. Multiple providers stream Dragon Tiger tables with varying bet minimums. It is a single-card comparison game — fast rounds, no complex strategy. Check the live lobby filter for Dragon Tiger to see all active feeds.

Each table displays its minimum and maximum before you sit. Limits vary by provider and table type. High-limit rooms exist for qualified accounts. You can browse stakes across all open tables from the lobby without committing a seat.

On desktop you can tile multiple tables. On mobile, a floating tab lets you switch quickly between two active sessions. Each table runs its own stream independently, so actions on one do not affect the other.

Open your account section and look under transaction or game history. Each live round appears with its round ID, stake, result and payout. You can filter by date and provider to locate a specific session or hand.
